01 — Information We Collect
We collect what you give us directly. The first-dibs signup on our homepage asks for a name and email. The form on our Find Us page asks for a name, email, an optional phone number, and your message. We don't collect anything beyond what these forms ask for.
02 — How We Use Your Information
We use your name and email to notify you when Stazik Clothing drops, and to respond to whatever you send us through the contact form. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, for any reason.
03 — Cookies & Analytics
This site does not set its own tracking cookies. Any cookies present come from the third-party services below, strictly to make the site run.
04 — Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of outside services to operate this site and process form submissions: our hosting and form-handling provider, and our web font and icon providers. Each only receives what's necessary to do its job, and each maintains its own privacy practices.
05 — Data Retention & Security
We keep the information you submit only as long as we need it — to notify you at launch or to answer your message — and no longer. We take reasonable technical measures to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure.
06 — Your Rights & Choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any information you've given us at any time. Call us or send a message through our Find Us page and we'll take care of it.
07 — Returns & Exchanges
Once Stazik Clothing is shipping orders, you'll have 14 days from the date of shipment to return an item for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition they were shipped in — tags attached, no alterations. Items returned outside this window, or that show signs of wear, won't be accepted.
08 — Children's Privacy
Stazik Clothing is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.
09 — Changes To This Policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
